About Nazario Ranch Vineyards
Nazario Ranch Vineyards began in 2015 as a true family affair: the Nazario family cultivating five acres of idyllic countryside in the Santa Cruz Mountains foothills above Saratoga, everyone pitching in from planting to harvest. The guiding purpose hasn't changed since - make everyone who visits feel like family.
The wines are organically grown and handcrafted in small lots, with a flavor signature of fresh blue and black fruits, vanilla, dark chocolate, and plum. The flagship carries the family's Puerto Rican heritage in its name: Boricua de Corazon, a Petite Sirah blend offered across three vintages, harvested by hand and aged in Hungarian oak barrels - a distinctive choice in a French-oak world.
There are no drop-in tasting hours; instead the ranch operates as an intimate hosting destination - custom-curated celebrations, workshops, and gatherings on a scenic terrace looking into the mountains, with the family shaping each event around your vision. A wine club and direct purchasing keep the small production moving. Call (408) 647-2810 or reach out through the website to plan a visit, join the club, or book the terrace.
