About Pangloss Cellars

Pangloss Cellars is the Sonoma Plaza's most sophisticated wine tasting destination, and one of the only tasting rooms in Sonoma County to stay open until 7pm on Friday and Saturday evenings. Located in a beautifully restored 1902 building on East Napa Street, Pangloss offers a refined alternative to the casual tasting room experience.

Every flight at Pangloss comes with artisan small-plate food accompaniments, caviar, charcuterie, cheese, pâté, or chocolate, all sourced from local producers, transforming a wine flight into a genuine food and wine pairing experience. The second Thursday of each month is Pangloss After Hours, with live music, wine, and bites from 6–9:30pm.

The wine selection focuses on curated Sonoma County wines, primarily Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from prestigious vineyard sources, presented with the same thoughtfulness that defines the entire Pangloss experience. Sonoma Magazine highlights Pangloss as the finest finale to a day of wine tasting in downtown Sonoma.

At its Downtown Sonoma, Sonoma County location, Pangloss Cellars presents a featured lineup that includes Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley Chardonnay, Rosé, and Pinot Noir Reserve. Together, these bottles provide a focused introduction to the varieties, vineyard sources, and style that define the winery's current portfolio.
