Every flight at Pangloss comes with artisan small-plate food accompaniments — caviar, charcuterie, cheese, pâté, or chocolate, all sourced from local producers — transforming a wine flight into a genuine food and wine pairing experience. The second Thursday of each month is Pangloss After Hours, with live music, wine, and bites from 6–9:30pm.
