About Paschal Winery
Paschal Winery is a family-owned estate near Talent in the Rogue Valley, producing wines from 18 acres of vineyards planted on the volcanic hillsides above Bear Creek. The winery focuses on Tempranillo, Syrah, Viognier, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc, varietals that thrive in the warm Southern Oregon climate. The estate's elevated position provides excellent sun exposure and air drainage that contribute to concentrated, flavorful fruit.
The tasting room offers panoramic views of the Rogue Valley and the Cascade foothills, and the relaxed atmosphere invites visitors to linger over a glass on the terrace. Paschal is a popular stop for wine lovers visiting Ashland for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
