About PONDL Winery
PONDL Winery is a small, family-owned winery in the heart of Lodi wine country, named for the initials of its two founders, Pat O'Neill and David Lujan Jr. As the winery puts it, PONDL is a testament to what happens when an innocent hobby gets out of control.
The tasting room lives inside a distinctive purple barn that doubles as the production space, surrounded by vineyards. PONDL explores a range of varietals and techniques to show off Lodi's diversity, with a well-loved Tempranillo, a favorite Chardonnay, bold reds, and a seasonal mulled wine. David is a memorable host, and the small-winery experience wins over most visitors.
