About Raymor Estate Cellars

Raymor Estate Cellars is a small boutique operation outside East Bloomfield, run by owners Herb and Pam Raymor, who bring more than thirty years of winemaking between them. Production covers small-batch wines from New York State fruit, hard ciders pressed from local apples, craft beer, and a wine and cider fusion.

The tasting room is deliberately small and staffed by the owners themselves, which makes a visit feel closer to sitting down with someone than working through a queue. The range is unusually broad for the scale of the place.

Visiting

The tasting room is open by appointment only, because the mobile tap trailer keeps the owners busy at events. It sits about a minute off Routes 5 and 20 just east of East Bloomfield. Call ahead to arrange a tasting, and ask about on-location pours if you are planning a gathering.

Raymor Estate Cellars is a member of the Canandaigua Lake Wine Trail, which links wineries from Victor down through Canandaigua to Naples.
