About Red Soles Winery
Red Soles is the grower-owned label of Randy and Cheryl Phillips, longtime Paso Robles vineyard farmers who turned decades of selling grapes to others into their own wine brand, named for the wine-stained soles of harvest boots. The shoe theme runs through bottlings with names like Barefoot in the Park era whimsy, all sourced from the family's own vineyards.
As career farmers first, the Phillipses built the label on estate fruit and value pricing, with a downtown-adjacent tasting presence over the years. It is the grower's side of Paso in bottle form: unpretentious, estate-grown and priced like the farmers still remember what work costs.
