About Rava Wines
Rava is a Templeton-area estate best known for two things: sparkling wine and spectacle. The operation built one of the region's most striking modern event venues alongside a wine program in which methode champenoise bubbles take unusual prominence for the area, joined by still bottlings from Central Coast fruit.
Weddings and large events anchor the property's reputation, with the sparkling program giving toasts a house-made pour. Rava represents Paso wine country's event-venue era done at full polish. Even outside event bookings, the sparkling-forward tasting list gives Paso visitors something genuinely scarce locally, a proper methode champenoise flight, and the modern architecture is worth the stop on its own.
