Retzlaff is Livermore's organic conscience: the family estate on Tesla Road farmed its vineyards to certified-organic standards years before it was fashionable, pouring estate Bordeaux varieties in a garden setting that feels more farmhouse than tasting row. The lawn tastings under old trees are a valley tradition.
