About Robert Hall Winery
Robert Hall Winery at 3443 Mill Road is one of the Paso Robles wine region's most versatile and range-embracing estate producers, founded in 1995 with the ambition of producing a broader spectrum of wine styles than most Paso Robles estates attempt. From still Cabernet Sauvignon to Rhône blends to méthode champenoise sparkling wine, Robert Hall has consistently demonstrated that the Paso Robles appellation can support genuine quality across multiple styles.
The Mill Road estate features underground barrel caves, one of the most distinctive and visitor-friendly features of any Paso Robles winery, maintained at constant temperature and open daily for tours. Cabernet Sauvignon is the flagship, with the estate's warm-climate fruit delivering concentration and accessibility. The Rhône program and sparkling wine production round out a portfolio of unusual breadth for a Central Coast estate.
Walk-ins are welcome daily from 10am to 5pm with a $20 starting fee. The cave tours, diverse wine program, and Paso Robles setting make Robert Hall one of the most complete and informative estate visitor experiences in the region.
