About Roblar Winery & Vineyards
Roblar Winery and Vineyards is one of the Santa Ynez Valley's true destination estates, guided by two generations of the Gleason family at the crossroads between the towns of Santa Ynez and Los Olivos. An oak-studded property with a 21-acre estate vineyard, a 5,000-square-foot tasting room with an indoor-outdoor stone fireplace, and a trellis-covered patio looking over the gardens, it is built for lingering.
The wines focus on Bordeaux varieties alongside Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from celebrated regional vineyards, but the thing that sets Roblar apart is the food: an award-winning, full-service winery restaurant whose executive chef builds the menu from produce harvested daily at the Roblar farm next door. The estate composts winery and kitchen waste back into the land, closing a genuinely farm-to-fork loop.
Roblar is open daily for lunch and tastings, with Sunday brunch, live music under the pergola on summer Fridays, farm-stand shopping, and elevated experiences like the private Farm to Fork tour and pairing. Reservations are strongly encouraged, especially Thursday through Sunday, and the property also hosts weddings and farm stays.
