About Soliste Winery
Soliste plays Pinot as a solo instrument: founders Claude Koeberle and Don Plumley built the house on MonoClone bottlings, single clones from single sites, a French-born discipline yielding Sonoma Coast Pinots of unusual focus, plus Burgundian-minded whites.
