About Stoller Family Estate
Stoller Family Estate occupies the largest single estate vineyard in the Dundee Hills AVA — 373 acres of volcanic Jory soil on the slopes of the Chehalem Mountains, farmed by the Stoller family since 1995. The estate's size allows Bill Stoller to farm multiple blocks across different elevations and aspects, creating a palette of terroir expressions that most single-vineyard estates cannot match.
The winery building itself is a landmark — the first LEED Gold certified winery in the United States, built with sustainable materials, geothermal heating and cooling, and solar power generation. The commitment to environmental stewardship extends to the vineyard, which is certified sustainable under LIVE (Low Input Viticulture and Enology) and Salmon-Safe standards.
Stoller produces wines across multiple tiers, from the approachable and well-priced Estate series to the reserve and single-vineyard bottlings that showcase the depth of the Dundee Hills terroir. The tasting room, with its panoramic views across the valley to the Cascade range, is one of the most visually dramatic in Oregon and is open daily without a reservation.
