About Thibido Winery
Thibido Winery is named for the Thibido family — their surname placed directly on a Niderer Road estate that the family has farmed since 2002. The family-name declaration is personal accountability in its simplest form: this wine belongs to the Thibido family, and the family's reputation is staked on every bottle.
The El Pomar District estate produces Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot from calcareous east-side Paso Robles soils with the accessible, family-welcoming character that makes Paso Robles wine country one of California's most honest and hospitable wine regions. The Thibido family's commitment to their own land and their own name is the estate's defining characteristic.
The daily walk-in tasting room is dog-friendly, picnic-welcoming, and family-hospitable — over two decades of Thibido family wine making expressed as genuine Central Coast welcome.
