About Thornton Winery
Thornton carries Temecula sparkling-wine history: the chateau-style estate began as Culbertson Winery, Southern California's methode champenoise pioneer, before the Thornton family gave it their name, and its bubbles, jazz concerts and Cafe Champagne made it a valley institution for decades.
