Torii Mor Winery is a Dundee Hills classic founded in 1993, producing Pinot Noir from some of the AVA's oldest vines, including the estate Olson Vineyard planted in 1972. The name pairs the Japanese gate that frames the property's gardens with an ancient word for earth, reflecting the winery's blend of Japanese aesthetics and Oregon terroir.
The hilltop tasting room and Japanese garden offer one of the most tranquil settings in the Dundee Hills, with views over the valley and a lineup that runs from approachable blends to acclaimed single-vineyard bottlings. It is a serene, established stop in the heart of Oregon Pinot country.
