Torre di Pietra, Italian for "tower of stone," is a Texas Hill Country winery on Highway 290 east of Fredericksburg that brings Italian winemaking tradition to the Texas wine trail. The winery produces a portfolio of Italian-inspired wines including Sangiovese, Dolcetto, Montepulciano, Pinot Grigio, and Trebbiano alongside Texas favorites like Tempranillo and Viognier. The property features a Tuscan-inspired stone tower that anchors the estate and gives the winery its distinctive silhouette along the highway.
