Trois Noix Winery

Jaime Araujo, daughter of Eisele Vineyard founders Bart and Daphne Araujo, grew up far from the family's Napa Valley wine business, studying medieval history in college on the East Coast before building a career as a professional actor on London's West End stage. She later worked in wine marketing in Paris before eventually returning to Napa Valley to join the family's Accendo Cellars, and went on to found her own project, Trois Noix.

Trois Noix positions itself as a bridge between established Napa Valley and its next generation, earning recognition including a Wine Spectator nod for one of the year's best single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc expressions. The winery is a certified B Corporation, and its first Chenin Blanc release, poured at Auction Napa Valley ahead of its August 2025 launch, sold for more than $100 a bottle on average in support of Napa Valley Vintners and local youth health nonprofits.
