About Whiskey Hill Winery
Whiskey Hill Winery grew out of Postlewait's Vineyards, planted in 2009 in the Cascade foothills near Canby and Aurora, with the winery itself following in 2014. The family calls themselves winegrowers, tending, picking, crushing and bottling everything by hand from the estate, with a specialty you rarely see: White Pinot Noir, alongside Pinot Noir, rose and hybrid reds like Marechal Foch and Leon Millot.
Weekend tastings run from a gazebo overlooking the vines, an easy escape south of Portland. Oregon tasting rooms tend to be small and personal, and many close early in the week. Confirm current hours, tasting fees and reservation policies with the winery before you go.
