About Wild Coyote Estate Winery
Wild Coyote pairs an Adelaida District estate winery with one of the west side's most distinctive stays: a bed-and-breakfast of southwestern adobe-style casitas inspired by kiva architecture, scattered above the vines on Adelaida Road. The estate program leans on Zinfandel, Syrah and other reds from surrounding west-side fruit.
The combination of pueblo-styled lodging, hilltop views and estate pours gives Wild Coyote a personality unlike anything nearby. Guests wake up in the vineyard they tasted the night before. The Adelaida Road location threads between the west side's heavyweight estates, making the casitas a strategic overnight base for serious tasting itineraries as much as a destination in their own right.
