About Arbor Brook Vineyards
ArborBrook Vineyards is a family-run estate on Calkins Lane in Newberg, Oregon, on the southern flank of the Chehalem Mountains AVA in the Willamette Valley. Dave and Mary Hansen planted the first estate block of Pinot Noir in 2001, and the tasting room sits inside a restored barn dating to around 1910, surrounded by 15 acres of estate vines.
The estate is now part of Cooper Mountain Vineyards and its tasting room operates as Arborbrook by Cooper Mountain Vineyards, pouring organic and biodynamic Willamette Valley wines including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and rose. The ArborBrook label itself continues as a two-generation family project focused on vineyard-designated Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Arborbrook, Corrine and Chehalem Mountain vineyards.
The Newberg tasting room generally welcomes walk-ins on weekends, with weekdays by reservation; party sizes are kept small for an intimate tasting. Hours and offerings can change, so it is best to confirm current details or book ahead before visiting.
