Archery Summit Winery is a premier Pinot Noir producer in the heart of the Dundee Hills, crafting rare and remarkable wines from 120 acres of estate vineyards across six distinct sites. Founded in 1993, the winery was purpose-built as a gravity-flow facility carved into the hillside, with five floors descending from grape receiving on top down through fermentation, barrel caves, and bottling below. This design allows delicate Pinot Noir grapes to move through the winemaking process without damaging mechanical pumps, preserving the purity and elegance that defines the estate's wines.
