About Boccali Vineyards & Winery
Boccali Vineyards & Winery gives Ojai its true estate stop: a family-owned vineyard and winery on East Ojai Avenue where father-and-son winemakers DeWayne and Joe Boccali grow, produce and bottle their wines on site, with Syrah, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier and Grenache Blanc in the mix.
Weekend visits are casual and outdoors, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5, no reservations required, with the Topatopa foothills as backdrop. The Boccali name carries extra local weight from the family's beloved Ojai pizza-and-pasta restaurant, where the wines also pour daily.
Note for traveling dog owners: the tasting area accommodates certified service animals only. Check the winery's calendar for occasional event or weather closures before driving out to Upper Ojai.
