Tempranillo is the flagship, showing the earthy, leather-and-cherry character that Spain's national grape achieves when grown in warm, dry conditions similar to Rioja and Ribera del Duero. Paso Robles' limestone-influenced soils and significant diurnal temperature swings produce a Tempranillo with genuine structure and aging potential — wines that reward cellaring of five to ten years while remaining approachable in youth.
