The Moose Valley Vineyard estate produces Cabernet Sauvignon from a high-elevation St. Helena mountain site where volcanic soils and dramatic diurnal temperature swings create wines of extraordinary concentration and structural depth. The Cinghiale Vineyard (cinghiale being Italian for 'wild boar,' consistent with the mountain hunting imagery) provides additional single-vineyard material.
