About Hart Family Winery
Hart Family Winery carries the English-heritage family surname of Joe Hart — his family name on one of Temecula Valley's most historically founding wineries, established in 1980 when the region's wine identity was just beginning to emerge. Joe Hart is one of Temecula's founding generation winemakers, whose commitment to estate farming and varietal diversity helped establish the foundations of the regional wine culture that the current generation of Temecula wineries builds upon.
The Avenida Biona estate is one of Temecula Valley's most authentically agricultural experiences — the Hart family's direct involvement in vineyard farming, winemaking, and hospitality creating the connection between vine and bottle that family estate naming declares. The estate produces Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Sauvignon Blanc, and Syrah from Temecula Valley estate vineyard blocks.
