About Hazelfern Cellars
Hazelfern Cellars is the passion project of Bryan and Laura Laing, who bought a Chehalem Mountains farm in 2014 during what they call a quarter-life crisis and transformed its barn into one of the valley's most inviting boutique wineries. Their small-lot Pinot Noir and Chardonnay have quickly earned a devoted following.
Tastings in the converted barn feel like visiting friends who happen to make superb wine, with the Laings frequently pouring and sharing the story of building the estate from scratch. It is young, energetic Willamette Valley winemaking at its most personal.
