About Museion Winery

Museion Winery is a Napa Valley wine producer, established in 2008. A 2021 Hernandez-family winery built inside a former Calistoga bottling plant where a hot-springs geyser was discovered in 1924. Launched by siblings Marcela and Jorge Hernandez, whose family has roots in Napa Valley's culinary and hospitality world since 1996.

Occupies a 125,000-square-foot former Calistoga Beverage Company/Bottling Works building acquired in late 2020. Full-scale winemaking equipment including an optical sorter and Europress, with winemaking overseen by Atelier Melka.

We have not found a published schedule for routine public tasting at Museion Winery. The wines are sold direct or through the trade, and any visit would be by arrangement, so contact the producer before planning one.
