About Neyers Vineyards
Neyers Vineyards was founded in 1992 and purchased in 1999 by Bruce and Barbara Neyers, longtime Napa Valley wine-industry veterans who first met as children in Delaware. The winery's production facility sits on a 30-acre parcel on Sage Canyon Road, a few miles east of Rutherford near Lake Hennessey, while the historic Conn Valley Ranch, acquired by the Neyers in 1984, supplies estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from a steep, south-facing hillside vineyard in the hills east of St. Helena.
The winery emphasizes food-friendly, varietally expressive wines made through organic farming, hand vineyard work, indigenous-yeast fermentation, and unfiltered bottling for its reds. Beyond the Conn Valley estate, Neyers sources Carneros Chardonnay and Rhone-leaning red blends (Carignan, Mourvedre, Cinsault) from other Northern California vineyards; since 2017 the winery has operated in partnership with Trinchero Family Estates, with annual production in the 16,000-20,000 case range.
Neyers' Conn Valley Ranch, acquired by the family in 1984, still supplies the estate's Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
