About Odette Estate
Odette Estate is a contemporary winery on the Silverado Trail in the Stags Leap District. Its circular forms, landscaped grounds and modern hospitality spaces give it a distinct identity within the PlumpJack collection. Cabernet Sauvignon is central, but the visitor program can also introduce Odette's Chardonnay and Adaptation wines depending on the selected reservation.
The Odette Experience is a hosted tasting built around estate and reserve wines, with a cheese plate provided for each pair of guests. More involved Small Bite experiences combine wine with a winery tour and seasonal food elements. The Adaptation Tasting offers a lighter format and is the current option most likely to accommodate walk-ins, pairing the wines with potato chips. These formats should remain separate on the page because food, tour access, price and duration differ.
The estate is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended for the hosted and culinary programs. Children and leashed dogs are welcomed under the current visitor policy, although only guests age 21 and older may taste. Every non-tasting guest should still be included when the reservation is made. It is also useful for groups that want food integrated into the experience without booking a full restaurant meal. The property participates in a PlumpJack Collection passport with PlumpJack, CADE and 13th Vineyard, but each estate remains a separate physical destination. Visitors should confirm which winery and address are attached to the booking before building the day.
