Grenache is the signature variety, sourced from established Paso Robles Westside vineyard sites where calcareous soils and limestone bedrock produce the mineral-driven, aromatic style that distinguishes the best Paso Grenache from simpler, fruit-forward interpretations. The Rosé program draws from the same Grenache sources, producing a dry, structured pink wine that shows genuine complexity rather than the approachable sweetness that characterizes most California Rosé.
Tastings are by appointment at $25, with an intimate format focused on the winemaking philosophy and the specific vineyard sources behind each wine. Production is small and the mailing list is the primary access channel for limited releases.
