About Sbragia Family Vineyards

Sbragia Family Vineyards is the legacy estate of Ed Sbragia — one of California wine's most decorated winemakers, who served as head winemaker at Beringer Vineyards for over 25 years and was named Winemaker of the Year by Wine Enthusiast. When Ed founded his own label in 2001, he brought five decades of California winemaking knowledge and relationships to bear on wines that express Sonoma County at its most personal.

The estate on Dry Creek Road in Geyserville occupies a hillside perch with panoramic views of the Dry Creek Valley, Alexander Valley, and mountains beyond — one of the finest viewing positions in northern Sonoma County. Ed's son Adam now runs the winery day-to-day, but the founding philosophy remains: make wines that honestly express the vineyards and sell them at prices that respect the consumer.

Expedia and travel platforms list Sbragia Family Vineyards consistently among the top nearby winery attractions for visitors exploring the Geyserville area. The combination of legendary winemaking pedigree, beautiful hillside setting, and accessible pricing makes Sbragia one of the most rewarding discoveries in northern Sonoma County.

At its Geyserville, Sonoma County location, Sbragia Family Vineyards presents a featured lineup that includes Home Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon, Gino's Vineyard Zinfandel, Gamble Ranch Chardonnay, and Merlot. Together, these bottles provide a focused introduction to the varieties, vineyard sources, and style that define the winery's current portfolio.

"Ed Sbragia's legacy estate in Geyserville — the former Beringer winemaker of the year crafts single-vineyard Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Zinfand"
