Sunshine Mill Winery

Sunshine Mill Winery occupies a converted 1890s flour mill in The Dalles, creating one of the most unique tasting room settings in Oregon. The industrial heritage building has been transformed into a working winery and events space where massive timber beams, original brick walls, and vintage milling equipment provide a dramatic backdrop for tasting Columbia Valley wines. The winery produces a wide range of varietals including Pinot Noir, Viognier, Barbera, Primitivo, and dessert wines.

Copa Di Vino, the nationally known single-serve wine brand, also operates from this facility, making Sunshine Mill both a tasting destination and a production hub. The tasting room and outdoor plaza host concerts, events, and seasonal celebrations throughout the year.
