About Aequorea by Aaron
Aequorea, Latin for of the sea, is the coastal companion label of Aaron Wines, launched by winemaker Aaron Jackson in 2012 to showcase Pinot Noir and aromatic white wines from vineyards closer to the Pacific than almost any in California, along the chilly San Luis Obispo Coast west of the Santa Lucias.
The wines pour alongside Jackson's flagship Petite Sirah program in the Aaron Wines tasting room in Tin City. Note: Aequorea is a label of Aaron Wines, not a separate winery; see our Aaron Wines page for the full producer profile and visiting details.
