About Asymmetric Vineyards

Asymmetric Vineyards is a small, estate-focused Napa Valley producer based in Coombsville, the cooler southeastern corner of the valley. Founded by proprietors Adam Jackson and Brent Walker, who came to Coombsville in 2020, the winery is built around a deliberately narrow idea: one wine from one vineyard, an estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon released only when it is ready.

Coombsville sits within a volcanic caldera and is among the last Napa appellations to ripen, shaped by morning fog off San Pablo Bay and long, temperate afternoons. Asymmetric farms its estate vineyard for depth and restraint, hand-picking at first light and raising the wine slowly, roughly twenty-nine months in French oak before release.

The wine is made in deliberately limited quantities and offered first to the winery's release list. Asymmetric is an allocation-driven label rather than a walk-in tasting destination; for current and library vintages or to join the list, contact the winery directly, as details can change.
