About Bella Luna Estate Winery
Bella Luna Estate Winery is named for the beautiful moon — bella luna in Italian, two words that together evoke the romance and warmth of the Central Coast at night when the full moon rises over the vineyard hills and the temperature drops to the cool range that makes Templeton Gap wines worth drinking.
The Templeton Gap District is defined by the coastal air that flows through the Chumash Gap in the Santa Lucia Range each afternoon, dropping temperatures dramatically relative to east-side Paso Robles and extending the growing season in ways that preserve natural acidity and aromatic freshness in the wines.
Bella Luna produces Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah, and Zinfandel from estate Templeton Gap vineyards at accessible daily walk-in pricing — dog-friendly, picnic-welcoming, family-hospitable in the straightforward way that makes Paso Robles' west side one of California's most appealing wine touring destinations.
