About Benom Wines
Benom is a small, family-owned Paso Robles winery founded by brothers Arnaud and Guillaume Fabre, who carry six generations of French winemaking heritage from the Languedoc-Roussillon and Bordeaux. Guillaume, also the winemaker behind Clos Solene and a veteran of L'Aventure, brings that Old World background to small-production, French- and Spanish-inspired wines that are soft, elegant, and balanced, made with the creative freedom of Paso Robles.
Visits are an intimate, by-appointment affair at the winery's tasting room in Tin City, Paso's walkable warehouse district of working wineries. A dedicated host guides you one-on-one through a flight of rose, whites, and reds, including a couple of member-only pours, while telling the Fabre family story across continents.
