About Burklee Hill Vineyards
Burklee Hill Vineyards was a Texas High Plains winery founded by Chace and Elizabeth Hill. The couple built the brand around Levelland, west of Lubbock, and in 2018 acquired Trilogy Cellars and folded it into the Burklee Hill operation.
The winery ran a downtown tasting room at 618 Ave H in Levelland and opened a second location in downtown Lubbock, in the historic Kress building at 1109 Broadway Avenue, around the turn of 2019. At the time Elizabeth Hill described plans to expand the food menu and to host wine dinners, wine education classes and tastings and other local events at both rooms.
Neither room is open now. Texas Wine Lover lists Burklee Hill at Levelland as closed, business listings for both the Levelland and Lubbock tasting rooms are marked permanently closed, and the winery's online wine store has been suspended. Treat this page as a record rather than a destination, and confirm current details before making any trip.
This winery is listed here for reference. It is closed, so there is no tasting room to visit.
