About Coquerel Wines
Coquerel Family Wine Estates farms an estate near Calistoga at the north end of Napa Valley, known as the Walnut Wash property, sitting in the afternoon shade of the Mayacamas Mountains. Since 2005 the family has undertaken a comprehensive replanting and revitalization of the vineyard.
The estate grows Sauvignon Blanc (its flagship varietal) alongside Verdelho, Tempranillo, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, on mineral-rich clay and stone soils. Wines are estate-grown and made in small lots under two lines: the 'Le Petit' label and the site-focused 'Terroir' wines.
Since 2005, the family has replanted and revitalized their Calistoga vineyard from the ground up.
