Elyse Winery welcomes guests at HQ Winery on Hoffman Lane, one mile south of Yountville. Elyse has produced small-lot, vineyard-designated wines for more than three decades. Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon are central to the portfolio, joined by Rhône varieties, blends and white wines from vineyard sources across California. The tasting gives guests an opportunity to explore a wider range than a single-estate Cabernet program, but the exact flight depends on current releases and the selected HQ reservation.
