Joseph George is a small-lot Napa Valley wine project producing Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay from select vineyard sources. The label is named after its founder and reflects a personal commitment to crafting wines that express the best of Napa Valley's classic varieties. Production is deliberately small, allowing hands-on attention from vineyard to bottle.
The Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from proven Napa Valley sites and crafted with care — gentle extraction, French oak aging, and patient blending. The Chardonnay comes from cooler sites where the grape retains its natural acidity, fermented in barrel and aged on lees for texture and complexity. Both wines reflect a focus on quality and expression of place.
