About Little Soul Wines

Little Soul Wines is a boutique Paso Robles label from winemaker Molly Lonborg, who was head winemaker at Alta Colina before becoming senior winemaker at Booker Vineyard in early 2025. It specializes in limited-production Rose and carbonic-style Pinot Noir from organically farmed fruit in the Adelaida District, made with minimal intervention for a light, fresh, lower-alcohol style.

The name comes from Lonborg's daughter Alma; on a family trip to Oaxaca, locals took to calling her 'Almita,' or 'little soul,' and the nickname became the label. The wines reflect that personal, pared-back approach, letting the vineyard show through rather than heavy cellar work.
