Ousterhout Wine & Vineyard is a boutique Healdsburg winery founded by Dr. Ousterhout, specializing in Pinot Noir Rose, Sauvignon Blanc and Zinfandel. Working with its winemaking team, the winery sources top-quality fruit from vineyards across Sonoma County's Alexander Valley, Russian River Valley and Dry Creek Valley.
The wines have earned strong reviews, including a 95-point rating for the 2011 Nance's Vineyard Zinfandel from the estate property in Healdsburg, noted as an elegant, balanced, food-friendly style rather than a typical big California Zin. Other bottlings include the Bradford Mountain Grist Vineyard Zinfandel (91 points, Wine Enthusiast) and a Woods Vineyard Rose of Pinot Noir.
