About PAMEC Winery
PAMEC Winery & Vineyards is Temecula's natural-wine specialist, farming a 35-acre estate vineyard in the valley and pouring minimal-intervention wines at the Pamec Patio, its outdoor wine bar on Old Town Front Street beside the historic Hotel Palomar building. The patio, opened in 2025 as the brand's first dedicated space, pairs movable wine bars and lounge furniture with tall cement tables, fire pits and shade umbrellas in a distinctly laid-back Southern California setting.
The winemaking philosophy is minimal intervention and sustainability: estate grapes are picked on the early side for higher acidity and lower sugar, and the results range from bright whites and amber wines to rose, chilled Cabernet Franc, Malbec and occasional sparkling releases. Each bottle carries an animal native to the Temecula Valley on its label, a small signature that matches the wines' playful, slightly wild character.
Alongside PAMEC's own pours, self-serve wine machines offer dozens of selections from around the world, and the food menu runs from charcuterie and pizza to snacks like white cheddar popcorn and mixed olives. Weekends bring food vendors and live music, and the patio serves as the first phase of larger plans for a full winery and tasting room on the estate vineyard off Rancho California Road.
