The Wild West saloon tasting room, complete with antique bar, swinging doors, and vintage memorabilia, creates an atmosphere unlike any other in the Paso Robles wine region. The wines are every bit as serious as the setting is theatrical: Zinfandel is the flagship, with nearly four decades of Paso Robles Zinfandel expertise producing wines of genuine concentration, spice, and character from established Union Road vineyard sources.
Complimentary tastings are available daily from 10am to 6pm with walk-ins always welcome, one of the few serious Paso Robles producers maintaining no tasting fee.
