About Colgin Cellars
Colgin Cellars is one of Napa Valley's most revered cult wineries, founded in 1992 by Ann Colgin. Working from prized hillside sites, including the flagship IX Estate high on Pritchard Hill and the historic Tychson Hill vineyard, Colgin produces tiny quantities of profound, age-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux-style blends that rank among California's most collectible wines.
This is not a walk-up tasting room. Colgin has no public tasting; its wines are released in very limited quantities, largely by allocation to a long-waiting mailing list, which is a big part of their mystique. For collectors, simply securing a bottle is the experience, representing the very top tier of Napa hillside Cabernet.
