About Fait-Main Wines
Fait-Main ('handmade' in French) is the label of winemaker Benoit Touquette, who was born and raised in Lyon, France, and holds a master's degree in Enology and Chemistry from the University of Bordeaux. He is also known for his winemaking work at Realm Cellars, and built Fait-Main around meticulous, single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon production in tiny lots of roughly 200 to 300 cases per wine.
The winery sources fruit from sought-after Napa sites including Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper and Beckstoffer Las Piedras, alongside other vineyards such as Tierra Roja. Rather than a standalone estate, Fait-Main pours through a Tasting Lounge in downtown St. Helena and by appointment at the Brasswood property, with visits booked through Tock.
