The portfolio includes estate Cabernet Sauvignon, red blends, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir produced from selected vineyard sources. The host can explain how the mountain Cabernet site relates to wines made from other regions and grapes. The tasting is curated, and the exact lineup depends on current releases and availability. Optional chef-prepared bites can be added to create a more culinary visit.
The private tour and tasting currently lasts about 90 minutes and accommodates parties of up to eight. Guests move through the grounds, wine cave and production areas before a seated tasting. During the winery's 2026 tasting-room renovation, the experience has been adjusted to use the Proprietor's Estate, gardens and a private tasting retreat.
