About Manitou Winery
Manitou Winery, formerly D'Vine Wine Manitou Springs, is a boutique winery in the historic Spa Building in the heart of Manitou Springs. Locally owned and operated with nearly two decades of experience, it imports high-quality grapes and then handcrafts, blends, and ferments all of its wines right in front of guests.
Every wine is made in-house and is vegan and gluten-free, poured as a flight of three or a flight of four with a full glass. Beyond tastings, the winery is built around participation: guests can create a custom blend with a personalized label, book a bottling party with friends, or simply relax with a glass in the tasting room or on the patio. Voted Best of the Springs in 2024, it welcomes families and stays open seven days a week, with reservations recommended for parties of four or more during the busy May-to-November season.
