About Newton Vineyard
Newton Vineyard is a Napa Valley wine producer, established in 1977. Newton Vineyard's Spring Mountain estate was severely damaged in the 2020 Glass Fire and closed to the public in 2025, before new local owners announced plans to revive it. Peter and Su Hua Newton developed one of the first wineries on Spring Mountain, releasing a first vintage in 1979.
The French luxury group held majority ownership for over two decades before a 2025 change in ownership. The September 2020 Glass Fire destroyed most of the estate's vineyard blocks and buildings, forcing years of temporary tasting locations.
We have not found a published schedule for routine public tasting at Newton Vineyard. The wines are sold direct or through the trade, and any visit would be by arrangement, so contact the producer before planning one.
